Andrew I. R. Regan is a Director at Smythe Masterson & Judd. Having spent six years working in Europe and Asia, he is chiefly responsible for the firm's overseas recruitment practice and has a particular focus on the in-house sector, both domestically and internationally.
Mr Regan commenced his recruitment career with the PSD Group, an International recruitment company headquartered in London. As a Senior Consultant in the legal division, he specialized in the recruitment of in-house attorneys for multinational companies in London and continental Europe. In 2000, he moved to Hong Kong where he joined one of the world's largest recruitment companies, Robert Walters. Commissioned with the task of establishing and developing a legal recruitment division, he spent two years recruiting for US & UK law firms, Fortune 300 companies, and investment banks in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Tokyo, and the SE Asia region.
Mr Regan graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Classics. He resides in New York. In his spare time, he enjoys running, cycling, writing, and traveling extensively.
