The Smythe organization has been built with the same care and attention to quality that we devote to legal searches for our clients. The foundation of the firm, its strength, is our people. All Smythe consultants are problem-solving, results-oriented professionals. Many have prior experience in management consulting and human resource management. A majority of our consultants are attorneys formerly associated with major law firms.
As a result of their formal training, Smythe consultants bring professionalism, experience and insight to all of the search-related assignments and consulting services that we offer clients: associate and partner placement, mergers and practice group acquisitions, and advising clients regarding hiring practices and growth programs.
At Smythe, each client is assigned to one consultant at the outset of an assignment. This consultant provides a single point of access in the Smythe organization for meeting all of a client's search needs. One unique aspect of our organization is that all of our consultants participate in daily meetings where the particular needs of your company and the progression of your search are addressed.
