Thomas C. Cromie is a Director of Smythe Masterson & Judd. He works on a variety of assignments, from retained senior level searches at Fortune 100 companies and large law firms, to junior level, contingency searches for start-up companies and high quality boutiques.
Prior to joining Smythe, Mr. Cromie was a management consultant, where he advised Fortune 100 clients on the price and promotion of national consumer products.
Mr. Cromie received his M.B.A. in Finance, with honors, from the University of Colorado School of Business in Boulder, Colorado. He received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
Mr. Cromie and his wife live in Mount Kisco, New York, and he is an avid ice hockey and tennis player, as well as a former national class cyclist. He enjoys fine arts, travel, and attempts to play the bass guitar.
