Brian Burlant, Esq. is a Director with Smythe Masterson & Judd. Mr. Burlant practiced law for over 16 years, encompassing corporate, securities, international, advertising, employment and real estate law, and has advised on a variety of business launches. He began his practice at Finley, Kumble, Wagner and was counsel at Times Mirror, Assistant General Counsel - International at Avon Products and most recently General Counsel and SVP of Business Development at NetCreations, Inc., an Internet company which was successfully sold to Telecom Italia. At Avon, Brian counseled on numerous strategic initiatives throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America, including new business launches, joint ventures and market entries.
Mr. Burlant graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from the George Washington University.
