Smythe begins each search with an in-depth client interview that includes a review of your company's history, structure, philosophy and style. We then analyze the specifications of your current search. An understanding of these parameters enables Smythe to effectively market your organization and to thoroughly search for candidates, evaluating and verifying each individual's strengths and limitations, achievements and potential, credentials and references, and overall suitability for the position at hand.
Only after a very careful screening process will Smythe consultants make recommendation to our clients. We will never inundate clients with inappropriate resumes just for the sake of generating interviews. Smythe's approach will effectively provide you with selected individuals who are the most qualified candidates for your organization and your hiring needs.
