Joseph C. Tedeschi

Producer/Director

Joseph Tedeschi produces and represents independent films (including the award-winning documentaries Freestyle: the Art of Rhyme and Channels of Rage. He began his career as an attorney and later worked at film companies including The Shooting Gallery, Lot 47 Films and Belladona Productions. He attended Xaverian High School in Brooklyn, graduating in 1986, and Harvard College, where he graduated in 1990 with a magna cum laude degree in History and Literature. He graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in 1994.

Noam S. Cohen

Producer/Director

Mr. Cohen has been a print journalist for more than a decade. Most recently, he was a staff editor at The New York Times, working on the Business News desk. Before that, he was senior news editor of the online publication Inside.com, which covered entertainment and the media. He has written for a variety of publications, including The Times, Inside.com, The New Republic.

Sam Pollard

Executive Producer

Mr. Pollard's professional accomplishments as a feature film and television video editor, and documentary producer and director span almost 30 years. He recently served as executive producer on the documentary Brother Outsider , Official Selection 2003 Sundance Film Festival. Between 1990 and 2000, Mr. Pollard edited a number of Spike Lee's films:  Mo' Better Blues, Jungle Fever, Clockersand Bamboozled. Mr. Pollard and Mr. Lee have co-produced documentaries including Spike Lee Presents Mike Tyson, a biographical sketch for HBO for which Mr. Pollard received an Emmy; and Four Little Girls, a feature-length documentary about the 1965 Birmingham church bombings.

Eitan Riklis

Director of Photography

Mr. Riklis graduated from NYU's Film and Television program in 1994, where he majored in cinematography. He began working as a freelance director of photography on both film and video productions. In 1997, Eitan returned to Israel, where he continues to work as a director of photography. He has filmed many documentaries, TV dramas and a feature film.

Moshe Dor

Sound

Mr. Dor is a veteran sound engineer having worked on numerous feature film and television dramas and documentaries in Israel. He has developed a revolutionary battery pack to permit remote filming in isolated locations.

Sikay Tang

Editor

Sikay works as a film and video editor in New York City. ÊHer editing credits include Conakry, by Dr. Manthia Diawara, Chisholm 72- Unbought and Unbossed, by Shola Lynch (Sundance Õ04), and Parliament Funkadelic-One Nation Under the Groove by Yvonne Smith. ÊShe has taught video editing in the Department of New Media of the City University of Hong Kong and the Africana Studies Department of NYU in New York City. Sikay studied Sculpture and Photography at the University of Chicago, where she received a Louis Sudler Prize of Outstanding Achievement in the Creative Arts. ÊAfter her graduation, she interned with Director Spike Lee in NYC to learn filmmaking.

Maya Stark

Editor

Ms. Stark, a native of Israel, is a graduate of the Film Department at the School of Visual Arts. She has directed numerous short films including Sweet Lonely. Ms. Stark is also editor of the feature-length documentary The War, about efforts to combat cancer, and the forthcoming feature Chooch . She is currently an editor of BBC's weekly television show Talking Movies.
