Our book was nominated for the Young Adult category but didn&#8217;t win. Who cares! The whole thing was such a total blast (and the guy who DID win our category started writing in his sixties and cried when he accepted the award, so how cool is that?). Barney and I also participated in a panel discussion the day before, which was actually a great conversation about mysteries and horror (and will be available as online video at some point in the vague future).
